Low Pressure Molding Contract Manufacturing LPMS Materials
Low pressure molding encapsulates parts safely in seconds using environmentally friendly hot melt adhesives providing waterproofing and protection against extreme temperatures, harsh chemicals, shock, and vibration. This process is uniquely positioned between potting and high-pressure injection molding. Unlike potting – which can take up to seven process steps – the entire low pressure molding process can be completed in three simple steps.

Sometimes, the level of protection for your electronic components that you require can only be achieved through LPMS technology. However, we understand that you may be unable to commit to bringing the equipment to your facility due to space or volume constraints.
