Types of Fixtures & Molds

Our in-house 3D printer allows us to quickly develop prototypes to validate a process and mold before building a final fixture or mold.

Once a process is validated we build and design aluminum master molds which are used to cast silicone molds. The silicone molds create a repeatable process ideal for potting components and eliminate the need for potting cases and enclosures.

Process multiple PCBs at once with conformal coating pallets and fixtures. We design and create various size conformal coating pallets and fixtures to ensure repeatable transfer of PCBs through robotic equipment. This process removes issues with boards warping while gaining the ability to load multiple boards at once for longer-term cost savings.

We have the expertise to build fixtures and execute the service in-house or create a process for our customers to use in their facility. Our fixtures are designed to be adjustable to handle various size boards including odd size modules that require potting or coating.
